Terms of Use

By accessing or using HM Games PDF Tools (the “Tool”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

1. Ownership

The Tool is the proprietary property of HM Games. It was created exclusively for HM Games and is intended solely to serve the business and operations of HM Games. All right, title, and interest in and to the Tool, including its source code, design, layout, branding, and content, remain with HM Games.

2. Permitted use

The Tool is made available for authorized HM Games use only — that is, use by persons or entities that are part of HM Games, or that act on behalf of and in the interests of HM Games. Any other use requires the prior written permission of HM Games.

3. Restrictions

Except as expressly authorized in writing by HM Games, you may not:

access or use the Tool if you are not part of HM Games or are not acting in HM Games' interests;
copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute the Tool or any part of it;
modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Tool;
remove, obscure, or alter any ownership, copyright, or trademark notices;
use HM Games' name, logo, or trademarks without permission.

4. Intellectual property

Any unauthorized access, use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Tool constitutes an infringement of HM Games' intellectual property rights, including but not limited to its copyright and trademark rights, and may result in legal action.

5. How the Tool works

The Tool runs entirely within your web browser. PDF files you open are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to any server. For convenience, an opened file and its current arrangement may be stored in your browser's local storage on your device; you can clear this at any time using the “New PDF” action or by clearing your browser data.

6. Permission requests

To request permission for any use that is not expressly permitted under these Terms, please contact hang@hmgames.au.

7. No warranty

The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. HM Games does not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will meet your requirements. You are responsible for verifying any files produced by the Tool.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HM Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Tool.

9. Changes to these Terms

HM Games may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
